We had retired to our bed after a simple dinner of dal and rice that our sherpas had cooked for us. I rested in my sleeping bag, reminiscing about the alluring sights of Tibet that we saw during the drive through the day.

We had driven on dirt tracks enjoying the magnificent view of shishapangma mountain range, the only eight-thousander (peaks that are 8000 meters above sea level) in Tibet. The uniqueness of Tibet is that one can’t miss the sight of desert sand-green grass-pure water lake-rocky and snow capped mountains in a single panoramic frame. Being in Tibet opens our eyes in many ways. The first lesson is of gratitude for what we have and how we feel about it. Watching the tibetan gypsies live with scarcest resources of food and walk hundreds of miles of wilderness enduring weather that is unforgiving most part of the year, made me wonder how little do we know about their hardships, and how easily we complain despite all comforts and convenience available to us.

We had driven through dusty roads on our SUVs, while feasting our eyes on the wonderful sights of lakes and rocky and snow capped mountains, while the road remained remarkably flat at 15, 000 feet above sea level. Well, we shouldn’t be surprised at all. We were at theroof top of the world. Nature never ceases to excite and amaze a traveler, especially in Tibet. The clear blue sky showcased us with large low hanging clouds in mushroom formations and various symbols that seemed to communicate with us with sacred symbolism.

I did not know much about Darchen, apart from the fact that it served as an overnight halting point, before we set foot on the eagerly awaited 52 kms trek around Mount Kailash. There was nothing spectacular about this small, dusty village. I had drifted into deep sleep, when my friend who was sleeping in the adjacent bed, was calling my name in a hurried tone. I asked her what she wanted.

I want to attend the nature’s call. Can you accompany me? I am really scared of those Tibetan mastiff dogs. Her voice was clear and urged me into action.

A few minutes later, we were walking out in the open ground outside the lodge. Suddenly she gripped my hand tightly and squealed- Oh My God, look at the sky!!! When I looked up, I just froze. A deep chill ran up my spine. It’s hard to describe what we saw that night. The whole sky was immensely clustered with the brightest stars that we had ever seen. So intense was the sight of the Milky Way that it was hard to believe that we saw was the light from stars that was emitted several million or billion light years ago. The stars we were admiring were no longer there, as we assumed them to be.

How small and insignificant are we in this macrocosm? How powerful we assume to be, while we are just a micro bundle of elements, attracting an immensely powerful light called 'soul' within our frail bodies.

These ponderings will lead us to more deeper understanding of cosmology, spirituality, and our evolutionary journey and return to our source.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://pradeepullal.blogspot.com/2012/03/stunning-starlit-sky-at-darchen-in.html' title='Stunning starlit sky at Darchen in Tibet. Having meditated in the mystical caves of himalayas and trekked extensively in the expansiveness of the mighty mountains, I always felt there is one more deeply mystical hill to visit and to complete the shiva journey on this plane. However the deep urge to be in Arunachala, came to me in the form of a message.

I waited for a summon from Shiva and it came in the form of a message from Mohanji when he visited Dubai. It just synchronized with my deep intent too. Arunachala is not just another hill or pilgrim spot. It is the body of Shiva while Kailash Parbat is where Shiva meditates in the light form.

"Arunachala is truly the holy place. Of all holy places it is the most sacred! Know that it is the heart of the world. It is truly Siva himself! It is his heart-abode, a secret kshetra. In that place the Lord ever abides the hill of light named Arunachala

Arunachala-the true embodiment of Shiva. Every stone, leaf, insect, cave, sand here is divine. If you look carefully on the top of the hill, you will see Shiva with his face upwards looking at Mt sumeru.

The plan to be in Arunachala coincided with my visit to Chikmagalur where we are planning to set up Kevala Celebration Center. The word spread quickly to my spiritual brother Parthibhan at chikmagalur. He promised to join us with his entire family and be a part of this sacred journey to cleanse our karmas. So this became the first spiritual retreat of Kevala Foundation.

We landed in Thiruvannamalai at about 10:30 am in the morning. It was the 11th of october. We watched several hundreds of people walking on the approach roads. I was told that this is the outer path around arunachala which is a paved one and dotted with shops, temples and attracts a lot of crowds including people driving past the trekkers in their fancy cars.

We quickly checked into a hotel, aptly called Arunachala Ramana Home. A board hung outside stated "Roof Top view of Arunachala". I dumped my bags quickly in some of the rooms and raced up the stairs to the terrace. True to their word, the view of the hill was picture perfect. Arunachala was beckoning with its mighty grace. The magnetic pull of the hill was so powerful that I couldn't take my eyes off the peak. The hues began to shift and there was something happening there which was beginning to reveal more.

I wanted to see more than what my eyes could gather. I just prayed to Shiva- please show me your real form. Within a few moments, there was a light form of shiva dazzling and blazing on the top of the hill, and I was revealed how to view the contour of hills. Shiva was indeed lying with his face up to the sky, as if gazing deeply into the immense vastness, with his consciousness pervading every atom of space in the physical universe.

Soon i was joined by Vijaya, Bhuvana, Deepa, Akhila and Parthi on the terrace. They were also basking in the beautiful sight of Arunachala. I asked Deepa, if she wanted to know how it feels to be on the top of Arunachala. She said yes! I told her to place her hands above my head. Within a few moments, she said she could feel that her hands were chill and currents were passing through her.

We had lunch at Seshadri Swamingal Ashram. Most of us had a small helping of curd rice. A light meal was ideal as we wanted to take the "inner Core" path around Arunachala. In local lingo its called Girivalam which basically means circum-ambulation around the hill. We called upon the services of a local guide. Soon enough a tall, thin man called Jagan walked into our room. He claimed to know the inner path very well and cited that he was featured in the best blog site of arunachala by an explorer called Richard. I faintly recalled seeing his pic on the site and we instantly entrusted him to offer his services.

The entry for the inner core path is behind the serene Ramana ashram. Walking past ramana ashram brought back fond memories of being with this great master. There is a statue of him seated on a platform in a meditation hall. The statue is so true to life that one can just visualize Ramana Maharishi seated with his gaze locked into Arunachala. I thanked the master again for inspiring me on the path of liberation.

We were a group of 12 people who set foot on the inner core path of Arunachala. We must have walked about a mile inside when we saw a large rock. Our guide said this is where Ramana used to sit and watch Arunachala. I sat there for a while and enjoyed the vibrations of the space that once was occupied by one of the greatest enlightened beings to have walked on this plane.

We walked around in the path that was full of pleasant smells emanating from the bushes around. Jagan our guide said that many siddhars in astral form were operating in arunachala and the divine aroma that wafted through the air indicated their presence. Very few people undertake the inner core path, and its almost ordained as to who deserves to take up this path. The walk in outer path around arunachala is a karma cleansing kriya while the walking in the inner core path is taking a into the path of dissolution.

I insisted Jagan not to miss out any single cave, even if it meant deviation from the route. He agreed and kept gliding over the rocks and negotiating through the thorny bushes as if it never existed. Jagan only stopped only when he wanted to point out significance of the rock formation in arunachala. The arunachala is easily the most stunning, natural rock formation I have come across. All the sacred symbolism, geometry is depicted in these formations which accentuates the age old cliche that truth is stranger than fiction.

We saw a rock that the face of Nandhi- the vehicle of Shiva, and then as we passed, all the seven chakras came along the way. There was a deep inner churning happening within the spine. It is so easy to miss all these subtle aspects if our mind is lost in chatter, or occupied in the physical aspect of the walk. The trek may seem just like a breeze. But the 16 km track is more cleansing than any average mind can capture. A true aspirant on the path of exploration will appreciate every bit of the journey.

CAVES ALONG THE PATH:
Many thousands of siddhars have done tapas in the caves of arunachala for millions of years. Their combined energies serve as a booster for any sincere meditator to experience the depth of their service to humanity.

Some of the caves that we visited are Virupaksha Cave(Virupaksha is deeply associated with Sri Ramana Maharshi. Ramana lived here for 17 years [1899-1916]. The cave is named after a famous saint, Virupaksha, who lived in this cave in the 1500′s, around the same time as Guhai Nama Shivaya lived nearby. At Virupaksha’s demise, called here ‘maha samadhi,’ it is said that his body was transformed into vibhuti (sacred ash). In the interior of this cave there is a mound in the shape of Arunachala. It is said to be made of this vibhuti.

Skandashram:
Sri Ramana lived at Skandashram from 1916 to 1922. His mother joined him during this period, and for the first time, cooking was done there. This is where his mother had her maha samadhi in 1922. Her room is now a shrine. What isthe most significant aspect of the caves is the unmistakable cosmic energy that pulls upwards from the crown as soon as we enter it. This is the magnetic pull of shiva and it is so obvious that so many masters have left behind their blessings for many aspirants to get a glimpse of extent of what is possible through dhyana.

We meditated at many rock caves and also mediated with a french baba whose amazing stillness baffled all of us. The caves are difficult to approach as there are many thorny bushes to negotiate, and they are so cut off from regular path that one does need a local guide to access them. We managed to spend good time soaking in the immense vibrations and it was definitely a treat to be there and seek the blessings of the siddhars.

There was a deep pull to do tapas in these caves, but the fact that we are in a group of children and women and had to return back to our hotel before dark stayed as a reminder in the sub-conscious when I immersed deeper in the meditation. Those precious moments just were a recall factor of meditating in past lives in these caves.

In one of the shakti caves, i received a message that we are going to be with Nagaraja (serpent king). It was not a physical encounter with a snake. We entered into a cave next day and all details of this serpent protected cave is in next blog of climbing arunachala.

We made our way through dense bushes and precariously aligned rocks at a rapid pace. The time we spent in the caves meant that we had to complete the walk before dark. I could sense many tired legs in our group, but the indomitable spirit took on.

Sainath was getting bogged down by the immense karmic churning happening within and add to it, he was under anti biotic medication. He seemed to get heavier every step. Thats when i came down to his assistance. There was an immense surge in my energy as I held his hand and guided him at a frenetic pace along the hill. The fact that he is 25 kilograms heavier than me and the ease at which i dragged him the steep rocks was enough for him to understand of how kundalini power comes to the rescue and the not to forget the unseen hands and unmistakable support of the siddhars.

As we treaded along the path, we saw katti shiva cave and a medicinal pool. we had hardly much time to spend at the cave as the setting sun reminded us of the pending journey.

Jagan relied on his ancient technique of restricting the pending distance to our hotel as 2 kms and everyone kept walking endlessly and joked with him that this measure must be most imaginative by any standards.

We saw the glorious full moon peeking out of the clouds. The devotees below were getting ready for walk along the outer path of arunachala. Jagan showed us the spectacular views of all significant angles of arunachala. In the fading light, the magnificent body of shiva was inviting me to take the climb the next morning at 5 am. When we reached the town limits after walking through the inner path, we saw crowds pouring into the streets. It was like a carnival that carried through the night.

There were street musicians raising the festive fervour, while temples and road side restaurants made quick business as the crowds swelled. The whole town is an extended temple, dotted by ashrams, hotels, road side cafes, street hawkers, and a lot of rubbish on overt display.

Despite all the noise, dust, rubbish on the streets, thiruvunnamalai continues to attract sincere aspirants who quickly learn to focus on their main objective of the journey, which is a lesson in itself. The first day of girivalam on full moon night was just a deep seated opening of flood gates of ascending currents that were waiting for us the next morning.

We thanked Jagan for his guidance without which this trip to caves on the inner path would not have been possible.

I have shared some images below of our journey:

https://picasaweb.google.com/111190197318669060612/ForWeb02?authkey=Gv1sRgCMGh7ZHchePIKA#

Love

Pradeep Ullal

Innocence – the essence of eternal consciousness

I once held a new born baby girl in my hand. What I instantly felt there was the fast moving currents running up and down through her little frame. She was in deep sleep oblivious of the crowd that was gathering around her, while the currents of prana in pristine flow in her just reinstated the pure state that we come into this physical plane as babies.

It was such a joy to hold her, while the happy, giggling women surrounded her, sharing their joy of watching her sleep. I could sense that many hands were just itching to just hold her. She had all the radiance (tejas) to keep the crowd so deeply attracted towards her.

I tenderly kissed her soft spot on the head. I must admit that it’s the most beautiful interaction with purity that one can experience in nature. Her head was emanating amazingly sweet fragrance, while her face was radiating a soft glow. Amrit (nectar ) is our body’s elixir of life which flows from our pituitary gland and travels down the spine while mixing with the cerebro-spinal fluid.
We grown-ups too can experience the nectar if we can sublimate our vital body essences virya (semen, vaginal fluids), ojas (lubricating sap), tejas (fire) to blend with our life force - prana which then finally transmutes into drops of nectar in our pituitary gland. It’s a sublimation process that demands deep awareness and yogic practices.
The blissful interaction with the baby put me in deep contemplation. I walked back home just thinking about the path of purity and how many of us have lost our way in pursuit of a dream that we have borrowed from someone on this physical plane. We had arrived here with so much purity, innocence and deep connection to the divinity within and somehow lost it, along the way.

We are not going to return to innocence just by being with children. We can envy their purity, spontaneity, vibrancies, exuberance and zeal for life. We can’t reverse the catabolic wheel and regenerate our cells like them anymore. We will continue to degenerate as its law of this plane. We can learn how to sustain youthfulness by slowing down the degeneration process and rejuvenation processes like pranayama, panchkarma, kayakalpa, and so on.

More importantly, we can unlearn from our stressful living and let go off the emotional baggage and celebrate the imperfectly perfect state that we are in. It’s an important step towards returning to the source of our causeless joy within.

Ignorance:
The path to liberation of the self is inundated with many obstacles. Many of them are self-imposed, and the rest are gifted to us by our societies, communities, and many of the walls that we have surrounded ourselves with.

Ignorance is one of the thickest walls one can ever encounter. Since many of us just seem to be contented by being within the confines of these walls, Ignorance is treated as bliss and many billions on this plane celebrate this state of unawareness like the norm. Our souls despite is deep seated awareness of its journey is masked by the dark veil of the universal mind called Maya.

Intelligence:
Many of us have used the power of exploration to move from ignorance towards harnessing the power of intellect. Intelligence has its gains and pitfalls. While it gives us the discretionary power to chaff out our journey and give us a definitive path of awareness, it still does not have the power to liberate us from the pain, suffering, misery, greed and the chain of desire that confines us to the wheel of life and death.

All the lofty ideals, beliefs, traditions, scientific techniques, theories, philosophies have not enabled us to identify ourselves with a constant integrated universal awareness that we are divine beings exploring the human journey and we are eternally connected to the infinite consciousness. We have been easily lead into a journey that is maligned by fear, an insatiable greed fuelled by ego while we continue to gratify and protect our basic fountain of life which is survival instincts, food, comfort and procreation.

Application of intellect provides the cutting edges in our explorative journey. However it serves as a deterrent to realize the truth. The truth is revealed in the deepest silence within. It’s the infinite consciousness conversing with us when everything within becomes still, and absorbed in nothingness.

It’s improbable to crystallize the big picture of our journey with the faculty of our thinking minds. All the greatest thinkers on this plane have deduced that behind the functioning of the universe laws is driven by a powerful mathematical equation. But somehow all this intellectual understanding has its own fallacies and their theories have fallen flat at the hands of other theorists and adversaries. The scientific community tends to concludes that they agree to disagree with each other.

Intuition:
Intuition allows us to explore the depth within us intrinsically and rely on being in flow rather than logic. This intuition points us to the awareness within. Each of our cells carry the universal awareness. The microcosm has the information of the macrocosm. Our outwards journeys can make us feel inadequate and incomplete; while the inner journey elevates us to connect with the creative intelligence that governs the universal flow of events. There is more bliss, contentment and fulfillment and connectedness to the vastness of this universe. It is like a home coming, and returning to the source. There is deep senses of oneness within and the separateness slowly fades away.

We can tap into the awareness of the zero within us, which has the immense potential to all the universal truths. The greatest truth of the universe is that the whole physical universe is a just a projection and it reflects itself on the universal consciousness.

Divinity or godliness pervades everything in this universe. So we have encased ourselves in a human body that is a divine instrument, calibrated like a sacred geometrical device. We have all the ability to tap into the creative intelligence to connect with the stars, planets, cosmic beings and derive the inspiration to perform effectively.

However, the combined experiences and intelligence of humans has failed to give any precise path to our soul’s depth of journey through our ascension process of love, light and consciousness. There is no single path, as all of them finally broaden and expand into oneness and wholeness.

When all intelligence is exhausted, intuition awakens. Many eternal souls have assumed human journeys and tried hard to explain a part of the truth, while beaming their enlightened awareness on how to go about this puzzling phenomenon. The search is incomplete and the answers are fuzzy. This makes it very clear that there is no definitive path to knowing and it’s unique to each one of us. The fact is that we will never get to know the entire picture as we operate at varying bandwidth in multi-dimensional realities. The universe is evolving way too quick for us to comprehend or measure with our limited awareness.

All the great prophecies have only reduced our thinking to more limitations and miserable rules that have pinned us into vicious cycle of rights and wrongs. All we can do is to remember the true nature of our soul. We are divine, sacred, pure beings who have chosen to explore a human journey on this plane. Through our experiences, the eternal universal consciousness expands and reflects upon its own creation. As we progressively connect with our higher awareness, we elevate as immortal ascended beings.

Man in the Mirror
In a simple analogy, it’s like standing in front of the mirror. We want to look better in the mirror, and for that image to get better, we have to work on ourselves and not the mirror. It reflects that we have work inwards and ascend into expansive awareness. In this journey, there is nowhere to go. Inner journey is all about stillness. When we supremely still our mind, it serves as gateway to higher consciousness, the currents driven by the power of kundalini bursts open through the central channel in the spine and merges with the cosmic awareness at the converging point on the top of our crown.

Shunya- The Zero
The zero or nothingness from where everything emerges is so close to us that we miss it or rather ignore it. It is the core being within us. Its our human nature to ignore whatever is close to us, and focus on the distant, which appears more appealing. we have been trained to focus on the outward. Its a part of our evolutionary seed within.

We are gatherers, shoppers and hoarders. We have access to libraries that have all the claims for more terminologies and techniques but fails to help us achieve that stillness and silence within. No inspiration is good enough, it just requires us to become deeply contented and allow ourselves to become still and silent.

The soul is a witness to this cosmic drama unfolding in front of us as events. However to access this state, it takes us to plunge into that nothingness, silence within that is penetrable through the innocence.

We have to make sense of all this in our own way through dedicated actions. We can’t change the way the universe works, as the events are happening, we are just witnessing them without any power to control.

However we can bring about a paradigm shift by the seeing things as they are and not how we want to see them. We are the only change we can bring to the universe. We are living multi dimensional realities within us. We can only change ourselves by integrating our fragmented existences in various dimensions and rewrite our destiny or the course of our journeys, if only we can accept, expand and become one with the universe within, the external universe merely reflects our state. Everything is just in flow and is coming towards us. That’s the power of influence of a powerful being within us.

Revelation: It Just happens when we least expect it
Seeking the truth will not help us. The more we search, the more it eludes us. So can we just rest our case and wistfully surrender to the destiny or continue to explore? We do have the ability to purify our instruments of breath, body, mind, heart to able to absorb the purity within, which is speaking to us in a language of silence. To achieve stillness and silence within, is a progressive state of awareness.

In that emptiness when we no longer try to know, the truth just reveals itself. The self reflects upon itself and realizes its true nature. Suddenly, the cosmic joke that we call as journey becomes so clear. It Just happens when we least expect it. Laughter erupts from the pit of our bellies.

Even the slightest understanding of this cosmic joke is enough to unshackle us from the bondage of cyclical miseries. With more cleansing within our minds, we become a pure conduit with abilities to tap into our higher awareness. This clearly ushers us into the innocence within. We become children again. The innocence returns and sustains.
To switch to a child like state is a cherished and blessed state. All the knowledge of the universe can’t help us to achieve that state.

Instant healing with super conscious brain

It was the evening of 14th August. My wife told me that some of our friends were organising a 12 km Midnight Freedom run in Dubai. She sounded excited about the run and was keen that I too join her. I was a bit reluctant as I have not been running for almost 7 years now. My runs have been rather inspired by my daughter smriti, and have been just short bursts of sprinting or running up the stairways, once in a while.

The first caution that sprang up was that we were travelling to uganda 2 days later and hence I asked if she is sure, we can risk a few niggles, and not to mention the heat and humidity at its peak in mid august, the run would have been far from pleasant.

Something within me wanted to break free from all ill-preparedness for this event and just run. There were about 30 enthusiastic runners, who I figured out were regular runners. My wife and my friend Harpreet were the only 2 women in the group.

The run started smooth and after about 4.5 km stretch, we had a water break, I realized the extent of the run which was really demanding. The real challenge was to keep pace with the rest of these runners as I was not familiar with the route of the run. It required just tremendous will power, and determination to overcome the exhaustion as the legs seemed to get heavier with each step.

It was then I pulled up my reserve of adrenaline and thanks to the inspiring bunch of guys who kept reassuring that the finish line was not far. My wife and I completed the run, and we were received warmly by the guys who finished ahead of us.

I quickly realized that my legs had taken a considerable punishment. The first set back surfaced in the morning when i noticed the after-effects of the run. I walked out of my bed with a painful hamstring and super heavy calf muscles.

I had to find a way to come out of this state soon. I was too busy during the day to attend to my legs. However that night, just before I went to sleep, the thought of healing came in very strongly. What happened in the next few minutes is worth mentioning as it opened a few more doors in my learning process of how powerful we are as humans.

I recall vividly the flow of events that happened that night. I knew that the key to the healing process was within my brain and it had to triggered from there. Based on my past experiences of tapping into the pineal gland and hypothalamas and releasing the endorphins and serotonin, to relieve the pain, I knew that it will help me immensely.

I focussed deeply into the center of the brain. I could feel the intensity of the neuron gateways in action. The distinctive currents were just what I normally experience in my meditative silence. Its a combination of deep pulsations, vibrations, orgasmic sensuality, rhythmic while still feeling that emptiness of the infinite void within.

There was just thought that occurred. It just prompted me to just remain a witness. From the center of the brain, there was a explosion of vibrations. It rose like a volcanic eruption. I could no longer feel any boundaries of my skull or the confines of any structure. The space within was just so beautiful. Everything within me felt deeply connected to the center.

There was also a distinctive current from the brain shooting down the spine and into my legs. I watched the events that were happening. Deep corrections were taking place without any intervention. I was not directing any of these flows. It was just coming straight from a superior intelligence within, which seemed to be super consciously aware of every single flow, and which was beyond my comprehension at that point. I was in total surrender and at ease as the currents within were teeming and reaching its destinations.

The powerful neuro-transmissions may have lasted only couple of minutes. All I remember now that I must have into slipped into deep sleep very quickly.

I woke up the next morning, fresh as ever and walked out to my bathroom without any limp or pain. When I stood in front of the mirror, the event in the night was still fuzzy. I suddenly realized the extent of the deep healing within. I felt my legs all over again. Squatting and kicking around. There was not a hint of pain and I couldn't help but feel deeply elated that I was fitter than I could have imagined. More than overcoming the pain, it was about realizing the immense power of super conscious brain that we can tap into with so much ease.

I have had dozens of experiences in the past of instant healing of spasms, cramps, muscle pull by directing the healing power of pineal gland. Each of these experiences have helped me understand of our inner powers. But what happened in this instance was that I had not directed any flow of currents and only remained a witness to this deep process that triggered with a single thought. If only we can tap into the power of this super brain and our innate ability to connect with its super abilities to transform, heal and connect to our higher awareness seated deep in our core being.

the path that we are on

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto; I will admit now that at some level I thought instead of him making me realise things, I would make him realise how special my Guru is! Yes, there was a certain amount of defiance - WHO can say anything about my Satguru.

We started to talk - I was resilient to his penetrating gaze, but beneath the resilience was a search. A search for some answers, for some way to break the barriers that trapped me while I held steadfastly to my Maharaji.

Pradeepji explained in considerable detail and with great patience, the Guru concept, the mantra with many examples and anecdotes. They all made sense. But the vision of my Maharaji stayed in my third eye and I told Him I will not leave Him, I cannot leave Him - it would amount to nothing less than betrayal.

Pradeepji then asked me point blank if I wanted help. I knew I wanted help desperately. I thought how can I come in this human form in darkness and leave it in darkenss? How could this lifetime just be wasted? At the same time, I felt that asking for help would mean betrayal of my Maharaji and lack of faith and trust in Him.

I mumbled an explanation. I think Pradeeji read my mind - I really dont' know. But then he asked me to look at a poster of Shiva on one of the walls. He asked me first to look at the face of the snake coiled around Shivji's neck. And that's when things started to go beserk! The face changed to Guru Nanak and then to Maharaji and back to Guru Nanak. Finally, I got to have darshan of my Guru - I had not seen him in sooooo long. Finally, I had darshan. Somewhere a voice said - this is the head of a snake! But the thought vanished as soon as it appeared and I gazed at my Maharaji - beautiful, glorious, just as I rememberd Him to be. I heard Pradeepji's voice ask me to shift my gaze to Shivji"s third eye. I didn't want to and I told him so. I just wanted to keep staring at my Satguru. Then it was as though my Satguru was telling me to do the same thing. I did, but reluctantly.

I gazed at the third eye - and thought I would rather be looking at Maharaji. But there was something compelling about that spot and I started to see beams of light emanating from it. I wanted to transport those beams into my third eye and closed my eyes.

A tsunami started to errupt within me. I had experienced something similar before and like before, I was terrified. I groped in the darkness and felt Pradeepji's comforting and reassuring hand on my arm, the other on my third eye. The fear was still there but I felt it was now or never. At that point I knew without any doubt, that even if I was to die - I wanted to surrender. This was the moment I had been waiting for, for so long. I did not do simran, I chanted no mantra, I just plunged into the darkness while currents began to rise inside. Imagine putting water down a pipe blocked with stones. The water would not flow through easily it would have to meander its way through jostling the stones as it did. Only in this case it was not up to down, it was from down to up.

My body started to shake - rattle - something like that. I felt myself lying down and then from the darkness came this peach coloured, opaque, soft light. It came, and came and just came. It turned yellow and began to mingle with purple. At times a few bits of black would appear, but the light shone through and became lighter. And then it became like a fawcet and showered me with it. More and more, I was bathed in the light, washed in it. It was not shocking or blinding - it was the most natural thing. And then to my great despair and pain, it began to fade and there was darkness. NO, no, no ... come back!

I felt somebody's hand on my crown chakra and wonder of wonders - the light came back and this time it was not a fawcet above me, it was at my level and it began to seep up my arms and legs, run through my viens. Instead of blood, light was running through my viens. I seeped it in thirstily like parched, cracked, dry mud would receive water after an excrutiatingly long dry spell. And all this against the sound of bells like a wind chime. Tinkling bells.

I dont know how long this took and this time I did not feel the light going away, because it was in me. How could it go? I opened my eyes and looked at the ceiling - I didn't want to. I just wanted to go back.

I opened my eyes again and looked at Pradeepji. I knew there were no words in creation that could express my gratitude. I looked at him in silence. His silence gaze affirmed to me that he understood. There was no need for words.

Caught between smiles and tears, Pradeepji helped me to realease all the pent up pain of separation, the struggle, the fears. I sobbed loudly from the pits of my belly.

And the BEST PART OF ALL WAS THAT THERE WAS NO QUESTION OF BETRAYAL. AS PRADDEP JI SAID - THE TRUE GURU IS WITHIHN. IT IS THE SAME THING MAHARAJI USED TO SAY.

Maharaji always said - search for the radiant form of the master. But alas, I was that fool who seeked enlightenment by gazing at His beautiful countenance, His Majestic demeanour, His gentle smile, the wave of His hand, the way He removed His watch before satsang and the way He wore it afterwards. I loved His physical form so much that I was blind to what He wanted me to see, deaf to what he wanted me to Hear, totally oblivious to what He wanted me to know.

I am so, so grateful. Grateful to Maharaji for making me feel attached to Him to the point of frustration. Grateful to my daughter from whom I have learnt so much and who took me to see Pradeepji. Grateful to Pradeepji who helped me to abandon my fears, to experience what I have been yearning for, to open my heart to all of creation, and showed me that we can learn from all we meet. And most of all, grateful for the Grace. For it is the Grace of the Divine that is the begining, the middle and the end.

As Pradeepji said a number of times, the sign post gives directions. Follow the directions to the top if you want to see the view. Prostrating at the sign post with all devotion will not take you to the top.

To everyone clinging to the sign post like I was, I will say, if someone pulls the sign post away from your clinging hands and tells you - enough of clinging, now March and make the journey, it is simply the Grace of your Guru - the Guru within.

kundalini rising experience

Sharing One my student's experience..

Today Morning, I came back experiencing the cosmos... it is a coincidence but everytime you say feel this, when we are meditating ive just a spilt second before experienced it. It has happened now on a few occasions.

To calm myself down, I lay down. I do not know when but i fell asleep. And fully conscious i experienced the unsurmountable temple. I had to rock climb to reach it. I was elated. Once inside I was told pray to the goddess, for your husbands long life. It was matas / devis idol clad in red. The moment i touched my head on the floor it took a human lady form. Her eyes pierced through me. I was scared. Suddenly I could hear many voices and in my heart i kept repeating this is fake. I could not hear clearly. She got a flute and other women, chanting, dancing ... it was so intense that i simply broke away upright. That left me very restless and my whole body felt heavy. Driving I felt i was compltely at loss of concentration, my heart felt ready to burst. Thats when I called you. But you soothed my nerves and I am fine. There is a voice that keeps repeating that she will be back and I need to recieve her with an open heart. Today I guess somekind of fear took over.

Yesterday, my experiece was awesome thats the word. I felt a huge dhara flow from my crown down to my heart. My heart expanded, almost suffocating me. For the first time, the cobra was fully illuminated along my spine. And i witnessed myself as an emboidement of light loosing my physical form. The Shivlinga in my third eye suddenly started to have eruption of milk from its head. It was a beautiful feeling. And i handled a hectic day with a smile. The dhara flowed the whole day. Infact, walking in the night i felt a pull and pain in my shoulder / neck region. I stayed focussed, the light in my third eye moving into a warm ball of energy in the painful area and by the time I finished my walk i was fine.

I often chant the mantra you gave me. It comes to me when I am by myself. And i have often now found myself chanting shivoham within me. I am there wherever I ahve to be, working smiling but I am more and more connected within.

Thank you Guruji for your blessings,

Be Aware

Dear Friends,

There are several questions unanswered by spiritual gurus who masquerade as messiahs of the lord and take advantage of hapless devotees.

The current scandals add fuel to pertinent questions that surface whenever the so called saviours of humanity ditch their own ideals and assume that they are above all laws of karma, universe and claim their stature of enlightenment, which by no means is proven.

Spirituality is a hazy battleground where there is no clarity for seekers and the game gets murkier when leaders themselves don't know where they are headed.

Under the current scenario, its important to throw more light on this topic and awaken the powers of our intellect to discern between the fakes and our true guru within, which is our own soul, driven by our conscience.

Let these provoking questions and contemplations help us explore further. This is a long mail. Read it fully at your leisure. I trust that it will resonate with the exploring spirit that is desperate to burst open to find out the truth.

1. It becomes really evident that even the current crop of self-proclaimed greatest masters on this planet have no clue about their own future and what the universe has in store for them. Paramahamsa Nityananda claimed he has 360 degrees vision and can see through with clarity of his third eye and ultra-sensitive higher sense perception. This hyped skill fell short to identify the hidden video cam in his own ashram bedroom. His strong intuition failed to identify that he has bred foes in his own ashram by his autocratic style of leadership. He didn't even foresee that he would be caught in the act on camera and would force him to escape from cops, and his own people. I haven't met anyone who knows the entire picture of what future has in store for them how destiny is in a state of flux. But that doesn't stop them from predicting other's future. This reiterates adage that the universe remains a mystery that changes itself when it knows that someone is trying to know it. There is a saying that 'Grace descends and man ascends', but when the ascended man falls from elevated grace owing to his own misgivings, the fall becomes really nasty.

2. Living with an enlightened master is apparently just a hyped marketing concept, as it turned out to be shocking experience for all the hapless aspirants. No one got to know that the private life of Swami Nityananda was a closely guarded secret and no one would ever get to know what it is to live with their master, while the glorified darshans would serve as a wow factor with the good looking swami decked up in gold, perched on an emperor's seat and spewing commentaries on ancient vedas, yoga and shiva sutras. Little did the aspirants of Inner Awakening know that they would be rudely awakened by the sleazy happenings at Ananda Gandha- the quarters of the Swami. By looking at the sad faces of the volunteers in the ashram, it becomes very clear that someone has robbed them of their happiness, and their ananda is a concept meant to be sold to masses and not experienced amongst themselves.

3. A great teacher like Osho Rajneesh was a creative genius who didn't have to rely on just being a narrator of ancient wisdom which is made available by several great masters from the past. There is hardly anything new in Nityananda's teachings, apart from re-packaging ancient philosophies with his lucid style of commentary. If you want to know in-depth about shiva sutras, just refer the 'Book of Secrets' - interpretation of vigyan bhairav tantra by Osho (audio also available) and you will get a clear comparison in difference in the levels of expertise and treatment of the meditation techniques (between osho and swami nityananda).

4. Despite failures and misgivings of hundreds of cults in the past, the spiritual leaders continue to create autocratic institutions and design them into a neo-cult, so that they control their mesmerized followers, and drive the insiders by a hierarchical order that is subtly dictated by assumed slavery and obviously coded by color of skin, robes and fancy sanskrit names to define the cult.

5. The scant disregard for true seekers of the these enlightened gurus becomes evident when politicians, film stars, VIPs get special treatment and long drawn private darshans while devotees in genuine need of support are standing in serpentine queues till wee hours of the night to get a thumbing on the forehead and false promises of boons. There is an obvious disparity in the way people are treated based on who they are and spiritual guidance always takes a back seat. The boom of youtube videos, spiritual channels on DTH TV only served as intelligent marketing communication vehicle for popularity, while the awe struck sadhakas beeline at ashrams only to discover that they are reduced to a frenzied fan in a mass hysteria ceremony to highlight the importance of the enlightened master. No one is allowed to ask any relevant question that can challenge the superiority of the master on any subject. You can expect to be promptly snubbed or thrown out by the ardent followers, if you doubt the integrity or skills of the master.

6. Does a Master need to call himself one, if so, what mastery are we talking about. If we go to a traditional martial arts school, we can expect to see an expert who can willingly demonstrate feats that most trained people cannot perform. So the expertise is evident. But does that make him a master. There is always someone who is better than us and there is room for excellence and it never will be enough perfection. The disgusting aspect of so called spiritual masters is that they choose to vocalise their so called unseen skills rather than demonstrate it. Swami Rama of Himalayan tradition had the skills to demonstrate his amazing yogic powers at Merringer Research Institute in USA. These feats were super human and never recorded earlier in lab environment and hence revered by scientists. Despite such powers, Swami Rama never claimed that he was a Master and said that he is only a messenger from himalayas. The very term Master is pretty much abused. A true master doesn't need to demonstrate his powers as he never claims to be a master. So there is no need for him to showcase his skills to win some students or please an audience. In the presence of an accomplished master, the expansion of our energies is obvious. For instance, the kundalini shakti instantly rose in people who were in the company of Ramana Maharishi. He was not even looking at his raving audience, his eyes were transfixed on the Arunachala hills, while he basked in Turiyeeta avasta (4th state of consciousness). Just his mere presence was enough while he made no claims nor mislead or persuade anyone.

Zen philosophy says we that a Master begins his day by being a student. This is called a Beginner's Mind.

7. Nityananda has claimed in his talks and books that 'enlightenment' is a big and serious responsibility and hence he has a immense task on hand. Now it is glaring that he has shockingly escaped his responsibility. He owes a response to his ardent followers and media. He has gone missing while no one knows his whereabouts. This is pathetic, considering the unofficial claims that he has 45 lakh followers in 17 countries. A captain of a ship will never abandon his ship, even if it is sinking. That's why he is revered for that call of duty. Nityananda escaped when his ashrams and integrity were under threat. There is undoubtedly fear in his reactions. If the ashram vouches that the sex video is doctored and morphed, so why is their leader running away. Any person with a room temperature IQ having met the swami can make out that its the original swami exposed, If there is a body double that is lurching in the ashram, then Nityananda has to be really worried. Because the next inner awakening course will be conducted by some xyz-Ananda claiming to be the original Nityananda, who is going to mess with your happiness.

8. There are hundreds of highly accomplished yogis meditating in the secluded caves of himalayas who never come into the open or sell their skills. They are truly blessing the world without any need for any recognition or fame. Such is our naivety that we get sold over to the large and popular institutionalized cult concepts. For instance 2012 has been enforced upon us as a cosmic event that is going to be impacting our consciousness. All these self-proclaimed saviours like Nityananda, Kalki Bhagwan and many such teachers have promised enlightenment for their thousands of devotees. Sadly for them, the universe had something else in store for them. They got busted in 2010, long before they could even imagine, what was going on or what hit them. As Ramana Maharshi also observed that the events are unfolding and we are witnessing without any control over them.

9. Many skilled teachers have a humble beginning when they start imparting their skills to a few students. However the greed of power, money and fame overrides and their mission gets corrupted with the entry of unscrupulous ideas to make a quick buck in the name of charity. Many people pay hefty sums of money to get awakened but they become victims of a 'cognitive dissonance' which forces them to fabricate their experiences to match with the expectations of their peers.

10. If you are going to be sitting in the midst of a 1000 plus, inspired chanters, the sheer collective consciousness and the group energy will bring about amazing sensory experiences in us. Its pure science, our electro-magnetic field is altered, this impacts our flow of prana, movement of chakras, and leads to temporary shift in our bio-energy. The hungry cult gurus cash on these personal experiences and quickly declare you awakened, only to disappoint you that this euphoria is not going to last, as you will need several more engineered courses to achieve enlightenment.

10. Bharatkhand (as indian sub-continent is called) has been the spiritual engine of the world. We have a heritage that has been inspiring us. The contributions from the great Vedic Rishis, Mahavatar Babaji, Adi Shankaracharya, Patanjali, Chaitanya, Ramana Mahrishi, Shirdi Sai Baba, Bhagawan Nityananda (ganeshpuri), Gorakshnath, Ma Anandamayi, Siddhars, Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Lahiri Mahasaya, Bengali Baba, Osho Rajneesh and so on, did not have to brag about their skills or stature but remained in the purity of their mission to awaken aspirants on their path to realize the true nature of the soul.

Interesting Swami Nityananda once made an open statement the great Mahavatar Baba is his marketing agent, a haughty statement.

11. There is nothing wrong in sex. Its a natural fountain of life like Food, Self Preservation, and Sleep. Sexual urge is so powerful that it can out-stage all idealisms and cultivated disciplines. However the claim that Paramahamsa, the eternal symbolism of sacred swan that doesn't even land on the planet earth and claims that Nityananda was enlightened even before he even reached the age of puberty, hence does not need to indulge in sex was propagated. This raises the expectations out of a sacred celibate. Nityanandam - his blissful state of mind was celebrated in dozens of lilting musical compositions sold in audio cds. Why would a state of eternal bliss (that spiritual seekers are dying to achieve) fall prey to a 20 second sexual orgasm that any lowly mortal can achieve is an answer that Nityananda owes to everyone.

His teachers even made open claims during Kalpataru programs that by chanting 'Om Hreem Nityanandaya Namah', you will achieve the phenomenal Ashta Siddhi (super normal powers of control over space, time, nature, body, and so on). I bet not a single ashramite has achieved any of these siddhis.

12. Nityananda definitely has some demonstrated meditative skills. For instance, ability to show no activity in the brain was demonstrated by bring the Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta and Gamma brain waves to Zero activity on the EEG instrument. For your knowledge there are Meditators like Ken Wilber who have demonstrated the same skills. He has made no claims to enlightenment. You can see his videos on youtube.

13. On the occasion of 60th birthday celebrations of Kalki Bhagwan. there was a live video to be webcasted. The video was subscribed over zealously on the net and promptly the video frames froze and no one could see the live video. Interestingly just before the video was to be telecasted, one of his top Dasaji made some glorious statements about Bhagwan and went to the extent of saying that his Bhagwan was not even born out of human womb, and I also read incredible statement from an official website that Kalki Bhagwan has created the entire universe. It would be extremely disappointing for any awakened devotee to learn that their God was not even capable of overcoming the network bottleneck on a celebrated occasion. Interestingly the devotees were all in anticipation for the expected boons from Bhagwan on his birthday as promised. Deservingly, even the ever-penetrating golden balls remained dormant in their own little universe created at the oneness university in India. In a human body, we can have human experiences, not necessarily spiritual experiences. All these teachers are human like us, who have walked a few more steps ahead of us, which doesn't qualify them to have the entire universe in their control or know everything. They are as fallible, insecure, fragile and human like us. So why are we so bent upon creating super heroes, demi-gods and idols by chasing some idealism that is far-fetched for own good.

14. History has its way of repeating itself. Many fake swamis with their strong political nexus have bounced back from thunderous scandals and resumed their operations. There is drift in our way of life that is triggered by global recession, political upheavals, natural calamities, guru busting, etc. No one has a complete picture what is in store for future. The sooth sayers, clairvoyants, and self proclaimed masters are as clueless as we are. We can live our lives with little awareness, one moment at a time, and stay connected positively for a common good of humanity. Let the trust within us become even more reinforced with the true GURU within each of us. The universe works through people. We have to thank a few people who put their lives at stake and expose the monsters hiding in the mask of demi-gods.

PS: I have no claims to any official sources of information or direct knowledge, nor written this to influence anyone to deviate from their life choices, beliefs or way of living. However I pray that each one of us will muster the courage to ask all the troublesome questions now, and seek clarity amidst all these confusions.

Breath is our prayer,
Meditation is our path
Consciousness is our God
Humanity is our Religion

Love, Light, Consciousness

Dr.Pradeep Ullal

Serving Master and Experiencing Shiva

Date:01 March 2010
Place: Rajesh and Shristi's Residence

Serving the Master and Experiencing Shiva
Shiva is revered as a state of 'purest consciousness'. So pure is this infinite power, that it does not have any attributes like form, shape, color, identity or any attribute. Shaivic path is called the path of dissolution, where we have surrendered to Shiva fully after we have activated the powers of divine shakti through ardent kriya sadhana and sought liberation from all identification, desires and accumulating karma. In the path of dissolution, there is no lure for any gains and death is welcome any moment. The Fearless has no death. All desires have to be annihilated and the soul is ready for the liberation from the jananamarana cycle.

Many great spiritual masters in India have observed that a few earthlings will draw the courage to sustain their quest in the fiery shaivic path, while most seekers choose the path of longevity and comforts where there is greater emphasis on acquisitions and lesser on liberation. This leads to false intimacy with the external Gurus and hopes pinned onto these eternal saviors who are going to take us to the promised heaven and gift us with boons and blessings that will trigger abundance that is supremely aspired for on this physical plane.

To read and talk about Lord Shiva is itself an ecstatic experience for a ardent Bhakta. Today, the rare event that unfolded is beyond any description. However I am required to articulate an experience for atleast inspiring a few aspirants on this path.
Sitting in the presence of Mohanji in immensely expanded state of consciousness is an experience to be treasured for any receptive sadhaka. What more could I ask for this afternoon, when Mohanji knowingly asked me to do some 'marma' work on him.
I gladly accepted this opportunity to serve the Master. When I put my hands on Mohanji, suddenly a deep feeling of gratitude took over me. The currents began to flood my space and this instant connection became more intense, as I began to work more on his marma points along the body. Mohanji's body began to expand like the body of Virata Ishwara. The spiraling currents within me ushered me into Rudra Avasta. There was a raging fire within that was worshiping the body of shiva. I was in meditative prayer and chanting continuously as my hands were being guided by a mystical force.
As my hands moved along vigorously, I could sense Mohanji entering into deep silence and then into absolute stillness. I bowed in deep gratitude and sat next to the Master absorbed in turiya avasta. (4th state of consciousness and super awareness).

As I sat next to Mohanji. I had a beautiful opportunity to experience glimpses of the pure state of shiva. The river of grace then began to flow and soon descended upon me, and my dear friends Manoj, Shristi and Rajesh who sat immersed in meditation next to Mohanji.

Such was the impact of the shakti flow, that I felt the immense currents and energy explosions in my subtle body for the next 4 hours. My body began to heat up unusually and the nadis expanded to accommodate the flow of currents. I was reeling in divine ecstasy. There were shifts happening that I couldn't fathom or comprehend. In surrender there are no questions nor logic.

There was a ring of fire that had formed around all of us, while the shaivic energy working on each one of us We remained in awe for the such a amazing grace that descended upon us.
Mohanji opened his fiery eyes after several minutes. He had a far out look as he slowly began to return back to normal from his expanded state. He then explained to us of how rare this event was. He expressed his satisfaction in having witnessed us receive this blessing of Lord Shiva. He went to also add that I had performed 'Tandava Puja' and received this blessing from the source and enabled myself to open the floodgates to receive the explosive energies.
Mohanji also reiterated the significance of intense sadhana and preparation to receive the high intensity currents can never be overlooked or under estimated on the shaivic path. This event allowed us to experience energies that were extraordinary and yet delivered so smoothly and unconditionally. We are so grateful to Master Mohanji for relaying this power to us.
Mohanji has always stressed upon the 'siddha path' and how the 'kriya' and 'bhakti' marga have prepared aspirants to receive the eternal blessings of sadguru. Enriched by this magnanimous experience, we were absorbing pearls of wisdom that Mohanji shared with us.
In midst of this conversation, Mohanji also explained my past life connection with him and Biba, which was really interesting. I can't share all of it here, however there was an element of deja-vu for me. He explained of how I had the same opportunity to serve him with marma therapy during my past life meeting at an ashram in India. We have crossed many lifetimes and now met again and the familiarity and the exchange of energies continued to be overwhelming.
Mohanji told me to write about this experience while he was leaving for a meeting. The explosions within me were so overpowering that I barely managed to write a few lines and finally rested myself on the couch for a little while and enjoyed the flow.

Its hard to write about all that happened during this eventful afternoon of energy explosions. It would be over zealous to even expect a vicarious experience even by reading about it. I have experienced tremendous magnetic pull from above my crown over the last 9 months, but today the intensity took me to another level altogether. It kept growing and orbiting around and then made several corrections in my subtle body as it descended.

Having experienced years of energy explosions within me, I am glad to share that what I experienced today has no comparison to anything before. Mohanji did hint that it was a blessing for us to have absorbed the experience and made the best out of this expanded state of consciousness. The good news is that there is more coming our way.

Surrender is an amazing state. We don't know what to expect and have no desire for the next big leap. As Mohanji says that when we truly surrender the quantum leap just happens without the need for asking.
What more inspiration can one get:)

lots of love
pradeep ullal

distant healing...does distance really matter

I was talking on phone with a dear friend in Bangalore. He was sounding exhausted and there was a distinct heaviness in his voice. His business apparently was doing very well despite the economic slowdown and that seemed his only respite, while he told me of his hectic schedule, highly stressful life and constant aches and pains.

During our conversation, my friend was telling how he wished he can get some relief. I knew that he had very little time that he could dedicate to a rejuvenation process, and his near zero experience in energy work meant that he would rather prefer go to sleep when tired than explore ways to revive himself.

Given my experiences with non-believers and their extreme resistance, i would have avoided extending the talk. However at this moment, I felt that one good experience could help him make a small shift in his rigid stance, and probably help him to explore further.

I told him that distance healing is possible. I instructed him to sit erect on his chair, keep his hands over the table and then cup his palm over his eyes, and stay still for 5 minutes.

With a strong message not to attend to any calls, or react to any ambient sounds, my friend was now ready for a session. I told him to keep his google chat window 'on', so he could tell me his experiences.

I put my hands in front of me, and inhaled deep from the universe and with a thought that travelled all the way from Dubai to Bangalore, i directed the flow of prana. The currents were passing now from my fingers. Several minutes later and i went back to my google talk window. My friend was offline.

I shut down my PC and later an hour later when i logged back again, I saw his offline message for me. There were 4 lines, and he said..

What did you do? I felt like a cold breeze was blowing at me. I noticed all the windows in my room were closed. There was no fan or A/C running in the room. It was just amazing, I felt very calm and relaxed.

Now this was something that he could not comprehend, How is it possible for strong field of energy to be experienced from a distance that is nothing short of 3700 kms. Any energy worker will understand this phenomenon that we are all connected and prana pervades every cell of this universe. So its just a thought that is directed by a powerful and pure intent which can do wonders that can break through rigid belief systems, over indulgent logic, and ignorant mental make up. Healing happens and we are just mere witness to it. We are all pipelines that just happen to be experiencing divine flow.

I must say that my friend was sensitive to the energies in the room as he has an mind that is open to receive. So distance doesnt really matter for prana, density of the mind does:)

Powerful Healing Experience-Unravelling Ajna

Is Pain a teacher, a gift to unravel the power within? A powerful experience rocked me and helped me understand the immense potential within us.
It was six in the morning. I had completed my early morning yoga abhyasa and I walked upstairs to my bedroom. The pull-up bar fitted to my bedroom door frame was inviting me for a good swing and stretch. I began my usual routine of heaving myself over the bar. But this morning my body began to respond strangely. I continued to stretch further hoping to relax soon. I ended the session with a long stretch.

But then I was in for the unexpected, as I felt my neck muscles stiffening up. I loosened the grip on the bar and landed on the floor. By then there seemed to be a growing pain in my neck and the spasms began to surface from within. The pain was shooting up all the way to my head.

The pain brought back memories of past experiences where I had spent days trying to manipulate and recuperate from a stiff neck. It was far from pleasant to recall from my struggles with neck alignment correction. The best I could think at this moment is to deeply relax and slowly get back to normalcy.

However within minutes the situation began to worsen, demanding my exclusive attention to the growing pain. I had to do something to shut off the imminent growing threats within. I tried everything i knew or had trained myself to do under such circumstances.

After a good 20 minutes of intricate neck muscle movement and manipulation, I only felt a minor sense of relief. But I had this strange thoughts gripping all over me that there was something more to this pain.

An hour later, I requested a bit of pampering from my beloved wife. She was kind enough to give me a hot water bag, which she placed under my nape as I hit the pillow. Thankfully it served as a good relief measure. The heat emanating from the bag did manage to reduce the spasms for a while. But these moments were shortlived as I woke up later to a 'super heavy neck' like never before. I noticed that I couldnt lie down without a feeling of an intense pull as if I had a few strands of knotted up wire in the neck. Lateral neck movement had became a tremendously heavy task.

I lied down on the couch contemplating over how I could get back to the best of my fitness, as the current situation was beginning to tie me down longer than i presumed.
I could have easily brushed aside this as a minor discomfort and not over react to a crick in the neck:) But such was the intensity of the pain it occupied my mind space with frantic calls for some healing action.

Evening arrived with nothing to look forward to but to my pending neck project. My attention was drawn towards a kitchen note which reminded that i had to buy some groceries. The store store is two lanes away from home. I stepped out and soaked in the evening buzz of Bur Dubai, as office goers were hurrying home.

As I walked past the pharmacy, I recalled that a muscle relaxant could probably relieve me a bit. The pharmacist at the counter was unapolegetic as he turned down my request for a relaxant. He requested a doctor precription which I didnt have with me. A visit to the doctor didnt appeal to me the least. I walked out thanking him for helping me avoid medication which i had upheld for more than 10 years of my practice of bio-energy healing.

Back home, i had a simple dinner and went straight to my drawing room. This multi-purpose room has served as my meditation space for many years and I can say for sure that the energy in here is immense. Some visitors have rated the energy in here as high as 'Oneness' meditation centre in India where hundreds of thousands of meditatation hours have been logged in by sadhakas.

As i prepared to lie down in Yoga Nidra on the carpet, I felt my neck exploding with stinging spasms. Never before had I felt this way. I endured the pain and closed my eyes as i lay in shavasana. I then directed attention to my Ajna Chakra. There was a sublte tingle in the forehead which put me in deep peace within.

What could I possibly do now. Heal myself in yoga nidra? or go into deep dhyana? Questions came piercing at me. I lay without doing anything consciously. Several moments later I felt a surge in my Ajna chakra. The spin began gently and then intensified. All my focus was drawn into the spin. The feeling was immensely pleasurable as the tingling expanded and waves began to surface. It began to flow down my neck like a refreshing mountain stream. I had no part in directing this flow. I witnessed the dance of energies, enjoying every bit of it. The sheer intensity of it had completely mesmerized me into deep state of surrender.

The glorious moments of dancing energies finally tapered off and came to a slow halt. I must have been there for a good five minutes. Like a curious child, i wanted to know what did the dance of this energy do to me. I didnt know what to expect. But to my pleasant surprise, I felt tremendous lightness in my neck movement. The spasm was gone. I moved left to right, the stiffness too had disappeared. I repeated the movements all over again to make sure. And I erupted in joy as I began to understand what I had experienced. The immense power of healing within us had taken a step further.

Agya is a sanskrit term for 'Command'. The command centre which is rooted in the Ajya Chakra had responded to my request for deep healing.

Ajna is a short form for Ajnana- which is a sanskrit term for ignorance. An unopened brow chakra is refered to as Ajna Chakra. An opened brow chakra is 'Agya' as it serves as a command centre and draws in prana and directs it within for manifestation. A new journey had begun for me with this deep, powerful experience.

A stubborn neck muscle spasm had disppeared effectively in 5 minutes of tingling prana flow. On further contemplation, all the answers came from within. It all boils down to the core basic understanding that lack of prana in us is a prime cause for pain. When prana is in its flow, body and mind are deeply connected and there is no dis-ease.

Traditional and Modern Science have their answers too. Our body is reportedly having all the required chemical ingredients to heal itself. One researcher has even claimed that human body is one of the the largest pharmacies in the world. But how often do we rely on this super-chain pharmacy to heal itself, remains a niggling question.

I wanted to broadcast my healing experience to the medical community. In most cases, we can do without your scribbled prescriptions and over-the-counter drugs. But I guess I would be a popular punching bag of a very insidious, global cartel, which doesnt seem like a good idea.

I however, called my friends to tell how profound this experience is to me. A few agreed but they said wouldnt know how to go about this if they had a similar situation. I can only throw a simple question back at them. When Ajnana (ignorance) rules how can Ajya (command centre) take over? So I blogged this to inspire them further into practice of Chakra Dhyana. Maybe someday the gateway of wisdom throws open some pleasant surprises in more people who read this. The potential that is dormant within us is far too immense. The experience I have shared may be too insignificant and can be brushed under the carpet. However, I experienced further healing through the same mode on several occasions in the coming weeks. So I had repeatable experiences which means a lot to me and probably prick some ears in the scientific community.

The thirst for exploring further has fueled me to unravel the mystical power of third eye, the journey through the third ventricle also called the brahma guha, prakasha mandala and the light at the end of this guha (tunnel:)

Experiencing a glimpse of Chaitanya-the christ consciousness

The Background:
Chaitanya (sanskrit term for consciousness) pervades every cell of the universe. Its not something that is restricted to humans or that can be calibrated or measured or quantified. However one can become more consciously aware of its presence by directing exclusive attention to it. For instance one can look at an object with eyes wide open, but unless attention is directed no information is gathered from witnessing a object. But once attention is directed, the details like shape, color, size are revealed through the consciousness of the observer. The fact also is that even the object is no longer the same, as consciousness has altered the energy pattern.

My Phone rang and a lady greeted me. She introduced introduced herself as the best friend of one of my client. In the next half hour of our talk, she poured her heart to me. Life seemed a bit cruel to her. She was desperately looking for some formula to come out of her depressing state. Her love life was in shambles.

I am attractive, and yet I am not been able to find a suitable partner. I want to raise a family. She said. I am not getting any younger. How can I attract someone in my life?

She knew I was no love guru who could offer tips to set her love life on tracks. Being a healer herself and coming to me with some serious recommendations, she probably understood a bit about my kind of work. However she wanted to be sure about my approach.

I offered to help her to sort her energies, which at the moment appeared to be foggy, scattered. During the course of our discussion, I came to understand that she was a bit concerned about stepping out of her belief system. I sensed that it would be futile to argue about belief systems. Only a powerful experience can inspire one to trash out a rigid belief system. She later fixed up an appointment with me on a weekend.

I stepped into a cozy drawing room. There were books everywhere. I offered a energy healing session with no claims. I told her just submit to the session without any logic or probing mind.

She was defintely seeking clarity in her life and wanted to bring about balance and harmony. The session began with a meridian line combing. Her body was aching all over. There were blockages at several points, and she at times howled in pain. I told her to relax and breathe in deeply and breathe out the pain. After around 20 minutes of body combing, her pain began to ease out.

I began to do the yogic massage on her. Starting from the toes and upto the crown, the meridian lines were thumbed, combed and pressed. She began to respond to the deep stimulative flow of prana. I matched my breath with hers, though it seemed a bit shallow. it was just about ok. Being in sync was important.

As she lay down, floating in the energy stream And then I cupped my palm over her eyes. I entered into a deep state of meditation. I didnt know where i was sitting. Everything came to a stand still. The silence seemed palpable and amplified. My Breath was just not happening. We both had entered into a sacred space.

A few minutes later, she opened her eyes. She looked spaced out as she muttered- "I have never felt so peaceful and calm, I saw a huge and powerful white light in front of my Brow chakra. My eyes were closed, and the light was just intense and yet powerful."

I told her that she had an experience called 'pratyaya' of the divine consciousness, and she had to thank her masters and guides present in the session for this wonderful experience. She asked me again, what had I done and how did I contribut to her experience.

I had no answers, for I was in a state of surrender where no thoughts had pervaded my conscience. In that deep state, there were no prayers or words too. In those precious moments, the divine consciousness within us had reflected itself, and she had seen is a glimpse of the big white light in front of her. I told her to remain in a state of deep gratitude, and silence, which is best way to acknowledge the divine within us. I am thankful to all those masters who were present during this session for giving her experience when she was in a desperate situation. If only she wakes up to realize what she saw, she will do everything possible to explore and realize her true calling which is realizing the self. I left her home, giving her a mantra to help her fine tune her energies.

Divine intervention

My mobile rang as I just about to pay a bill at the Carrefour cash counter. Shanti was on the line, her voice sounded quivery. I sensed some trouble. She then began to narrate me about an accident that happened that evening. Rashid one of my colleagues had fallen from the top of a 12 foot ladder while cleaning an Air conditioner duct. Apparently he fell awkwardly on a hard floor. The bad news was that he was in a critical condition and had to be immediately rushed to Rashid Hospital.

All of us at office began to call each other to know more about his condition. The news came out from one of our colleagues who had rushed him to hospital. Rashid had landed on his back, and in the process his skull, cranial and lumbar region of his spine had a series of cracks. Broken ribs and fractured right hand added to his misery. I wanted to rush to see him. But was told that he was now under intensive care and no visitors were allowed.

For, the Next few days, I kept calling Rashid's brother to seek more update about his condition. I began to pray for Rashid from the very moment I heard about his accident. Rashid was sedated and was prevented from making any movements, and was being fed liquid food through a pipe in his throat.

I went to visit Rashid on a friday morning. When I reached his bed, it was quite shocking sight. His face and body had swollen beyond recognition. There were half a dozen pipes pierced into his body, and that were fed to bio-feedback machines. His vital signs were being monitored carefully. He was awake and made feeble attempt to wish me and shanti at his bedside.

It was hard to come to terms to see a man so lively and jumpy, how confined to a hospital bed. It occured to me at that moment, that I could only assure him that he will be alright. But were we just giving him hope without knowing the facts of his medical status. The doctors that I spoke to, were planning to operate his cranial and lumbar section and surgically align them. Apparently his leg movements weren't normal.

As I stood and watched Rashid, I recalled Sai Baba saying 'Hands that help are better than hands that pray'. Without hesitation, I put one hand on his head and the other on his chest. Everything around me appeared to come to a standstill. I stood there as if warped by time. I didnt know how long I stood there and prayed while my hands intuitively moved along his body. I had no clue about the extent of energy that was passing through me. But as an energy worker, I believe in the power of intent, which is above all healing techniques, art forms, and scientific explanations. Having personally experienced profound healing, I trusted this universal core from where we all derive our strength and love.

We were getting ready to leave the ward, as the nurse politely told that she wanted to treat Rashid. So I held his hand to say bye. Rashid began to gesture with his hands and mutter something. He was barely audible and I couldnt understand what he was trying to say. It was time to leave and so I again assured him that everything will be alright and he should just rest instead of straining himself to communicate.

Three days later, I got a call from Shanti and she was saying that Rashid had called office and he sounded and felt better and rather excited. He also had made a special mention about the brief time I had spent with him. He seemed curious to know what I had done to him. Rashid as I know as a person, is completely ignorant about the possibility of energy transmission through a fellow being- which we call in our parlance as healing. His conservative upbringing and lack of exposure meant that he was completely unaware of this possibility. And probably even if explained, he would frown upon it.

In midst of all hectic work , I did not get in touch with Rashid for a week. It was Friday morning again, and I recalled my pending visit to the hospital.

I walked down to the intensive care ward, and made my way to the ward where Rashid was supposed to be. I was surprised to see someone else had occupied his bed. On enquiring with the staff nurse, she told me that Rashid had been shifted to another ward which was opposite to us. I walked down and read the sign board, it was quite encouraging as I figured out that he no longer required intensive care.

I reached the designated bed of Rashid. The bed was bare and there was no trace of him. I asked his whereabouts and gathered from another patient that Rashid was being ushered aroud on a wheel chair by a relative. Making my way through the long and well lit corridors, I looked around for my man. A few minutes later, i saw a familiar face. He flashed a smile. As I went closer i could notice that Rashid appeared different. The swelling was gone. His frail body had shockingly shrunk. But the smile showed some promise of recovery.

He extended his hand as i approached him and began to chat up with me. His brother by then had wheeled him back to his bed. As soon as he rested his head on the pillow, he appeared more relaxed and then resumed his outpourings of his experiences in the past 4 weeks.

Somehow he couldn't get over the topic of what exactly happened the previous friday morning. I too became curious to know what had actually transpired that morning. He recalled the previous night before I had visited him in the morning. All his vital signs had apparently dropped to frighteningly low numbers, he had become very weak, and he seemed to have lost hope of recovering. There was a duty nurse at his bedside who refused to leave him unattended. There was a bit of panic in the ward, as duty doctors kept dropping in to monitor his situation. He began to shudder as he recalled that night, and began to wonder what could have happened to him.

And then he paused for a moment, and said "you did something to me' and I felt that i was sinking into the bed and disappearing. My body didn't exist anymore. Much later, that evening my doctors and nurses were pleasantly surprised to see that all vital signs showed a remarkable recovery and everything was normal. To me, it was like a magic. I felt like I was born again that evening. I felt a renewed surge in me to come out of my suffering and start living. I have got a second innings in my life. I am thankful to you and god".

But still his question remained, what did you do? i pondered for a moment. I had no explanation. I had merely prayed and put my hands on him. I had no clue if there was going to be a divine intervention that would transform him. But the fact remains that a mystical and profound healing had taken place. He had witnessed it. It was intensely personal and direct, and yet beyond all words and desription.

I kept my language simple and direct as i told him. Not that there was a need for explanation. But it was important for Rashid to know how profound his experience was.
"I prayed for you with deep intent" and the rest is divine intervention. It took a little while for my words to sink into him. He became reflective as if he had awakened. His eyes began to sparkle. I cant forget the look he had in his eyes. There was a deep sense of gratitude.

A week later, Rashid was released from the hospital. The hospital charged him 6000 dhs for surgery on his neck, which was covered by the insurance agency. while the charges for 40 days of intensive care was waived off as it was treated as an emergency case. Rashid was able to walk with some aid, and a few days later gained enough strength to walk by himself with no sign of a
crippling injury that he had come out of a few days back.

All the money in the world can't buy one an experience of a powerful healing to come out of a life threatening injury and return to normalcy, defying all medical explanations.

I had only piece of advice for him. Just remember this event and explore purpose of your life and find out who you are. He nodded his head with this sense of gratitude for the divine. Rashid left for Bangladesh for a month long leave to spend some time with his family. If this profound experience has sunk in, he will probably appreciate life with more awareness.

Experiencing Divine Timing & Mystical Symbolism: A baffling, and real experience in the life of a Yogi

Bangkok, Thailand
March 15, 2008,

What is that red mark on your forehead? asked ‘Rekha’. I walked closer to her so that she could point out to me what it was. She repeated her question and pointed out to the mark. I told her I had no clue about it. Maybe it’s the red marker ink, you must have accidentally brushed your forehead with it?

Red Marker? I didn’t use one today, I told her. Oh, may be you scratched yourself hard with your finger nails? Rekha was giving me all possibilities she could think of. I appeared totally lost as I touched my forehead again to probe for some sort of blood clot induced pain. I couldn’t feel any. I didn’t recall scratching myself on the forehead that morning. I dismissed the red spot to be something trivial, and resumed talking with my hosts. Ten minutes later, I made my way to the washroom in the vicinity.

My thoughts were pre-occupied with the workshop event that I had conducted for over 4 hours in the morning. I had shared some yogic techniques and insights with a bunch of keen aspirants. As I stood in front of the mirror, I couldn’t help but admire my self-designed T-shirt that read in big bold font -VIVID REALITY.

Giving my face a nice little rub with running water and soap, I leaned forward into the mirror to take a good look at the spot that ‘Rekha’ had mentioned a little while ago. The washroom was dimly lit but good enough to show me that there was something more to the red little spot that seemed quite remarkably noticeable. It was a blood red spot but there was no trace of blood clot or pain related from such an occurrence. The spot was just about an inch above where my eyebrows met. I tried hard to rub off the mark with more soap. But surprisingly it wouldn’t go away. My thoughts by then were rummaging through the events that unfolded in the morning.

It was a bright and pleasant day. I arrived early with my team of friends and workshop coordinator at a hall in sukumvit 63, a downtown residential locality in Bangkok. The place seemed nice and big enough to comfortably hold the 22 attendees who turned up for the 'Wisdom of Yoga' workshop.

As people began to trickle in slowly, I took a walk near the outdoor swimming pool. Stretching my limbs and limbering around a bit, I warmed up for the event. There were no occupants at the pool and I was enjoying my solitude and quiet little time. As a part of my morning ritual, I looked up to salute the Sun. My prayer this morning was a bit more intense. I had to draw some inspiration for I had the onus of relaying an ancient wisdom. And it would be no easy task to demonstrate the wisdom of yoga to newbies in a span of few hours. I felt like a wave trying to measure the ocean. I decided to make a fervent plea to the universe to relay its immense, treasured wisdom and channel it through me, on this occasion.

The sun this morning was even more special in every sense. I recalled how great seers of the Himalayan tradition have mystically connected with the sun energy and expressed their profound experiences. I sincerely believed in this science. The binary spot emanating from the sun had always triggered a deep sense of connection with the source of prana. Being an ardent student of the esoteric Surya Vigyan (solar science), I always enjoyed sun gazing. Spanda, the subtle creative vibration of the universe is palpable through the sun energy. I prayed to Lord Bharga, the sun god and sought the divine grace. After remaining in deep silence for a few minutes, I returned to the hall to proceed with the workshop.

Returning from my memory flashback, I now gawked at the little mysterious symbol again, reflecting in the mirror. It was small 'u' shaped and positioned horizontally. My knowledge of traditional kundalini science told me that the position aligned with the makara point in the Ajna Chakra (third eye or the brow chakra) and also it corresponded to the Sanskrit symbol of the makara which is the last part of the monosyllable ‘OM’.

Interestingly I had seen followers of a religious sect called ‘Vaishnavas’ (followers of Lord Vishnu) in India who wear this symbol called ‘Vishnu Tilak’ on their foreheads. They apply clay or turmeric in two vertical lines, which is connected at the bottom, forming a simple U shape. This is called urdhva- pundra.
Skanda Purana, an ancient sanathana dharma scripture elaborates on the virtues of ‘initiates’ who mark their foreheads with the ‘Vishnu tilaks’.

I have never been a follower of any rituals and the mystical appearance of the ‘Tilak’ came as a pleasant surprise, and also the symbol that had appeared on my forehead matched with the traditional ‘Vishnu tilak’. I froze in deep contemplation. A little while later, I stepped out of the washroom in excitement, knowing well that there was something mystical unfolding within me.

Bangkok is a beautiful city. Despite its tourist centric, commercial outlook, it carries the vibrancy of a huge populace that is ever ready to play a warm host. Their attitude, welcoming smile, and high levels of social consciousness add more charm to their rich heritage. The visit to Bangkok made me feel like ‘home coming’ and the ‘tilak’ is also a traditional Indian symbolic welcome marked on a guest’s forehead when he/she enters our country. I observed the ‘tilak’ again, I was overcome with deep emotion and eyes began to well. How does one feel when the divine responds in such a visible way? There is no way I can sum up my experience in words. I just immersed in the state of deep joy and remained in gratitude for being able to connect with the divine power within me.

The startling fact was that I had received a distinctly visible ‘Vishnu tilak’ from no material source. And what baffled me further is that the mystical symbol was visible to everyone and hence made it very credible and crushed even an iota of doubt arising within me.

All scientific phenomena, reasoning and logic fail to answer this occurrence from a clinical perspective, while my firm deduction could only zero in on the power of the almighty sun which painted the tilak on me this morning. Though it may sound too esoteric to believe for any hard core, lab oriented scientists who delve in reproducing the event for proof to fortify their concepts and theories; this personal occurrence reaffirmed my strong belief that there is much more to science than all the labs can offer us. All it requires is to be ready to make a quantum leap and absorb the infinite possibilities emerging from the womb of this universe, which is mystically reaching out to people who are ready to for take the inner journey of merging their awareness with the unitary, infinite and absolute cosmic consciousness.

The tilak humbled me and reconfirmed to me that the universe was reaching out to me in response to my ardent yogic path work. Many attendees at the workshop told me later that they felt a deep connection within while they enjoyed the beautiful flow of the workshop.

I had just assumed the role of a conduit, allowing the universal knowledge to flow through me. Just by divine timing, the Vishnu Tilak adorned me for 2 days till the workshop culminated. And the third morning, it vanished without a trace, leaving me back with an experience of divine timing and mystical symbolism.

contemplating over my experiences

21 Feb 2007, Dubai, UAE

I thanked my teacher again for inspiring me further with profound messages. As you said rightly there are plenty of people who call themselves teachers and healers and who find excuses to spite others.

I wanted to share something which i am sure most people already know. There is vedic text which has state a powerful set of phrases or chants called 'maha vakyas', and the term Aham Brahmasmi' features in that. it means i am pure consciousness. this is answer for who am i? now knowing that we are aware of the answer in theory doesnt make us awakened. Sri Ramana maharshi the greatest self inquiry master has explained that self inquiry is the fastest and easiest path. his explainations were very brief and he could awaken people just by glancing at them. even swami rama visited him and appreciated this great sage who used to live in the turiya state all the time. ramana maharshi always recommended self enquiry rather than contemplating on the readily available answer. now there were several students of his, some even meditated for 20 years and nothing happened, while a few sat for an hour and were awakened. This signifies the impact of grace versus effort.

Now what my teacher said is profound too. Stop effort, and stop that stop too:) When I contemplated again, I found that so profound, humble and god sent to me.

I am currently going through a lot in my energy field. Suddenely i feel like the universe is taking an appraisal of me before granting me something that i sought for many life times. I have surrendered completely, let God be the goldsmith and me the lowly hammer:)

I sometimes wonder why my teacher was chosen to be sent into my life at such a crucial phase. Do I have a past life connection? I am sure the teacher knows a lot of things about the divine plan and must be letting me discover it bit by bit.

I look back at the life that i lead in this incarnation. I am just an average boy down the street. there is nothing spectacular that made me stand out in any way. but i always felt that there was something big waiting for me, and that kept me going. well, i have talked enough. I owe the universe a lot for being able to receive so much love and compassion. I will do justice to that by paying back .

Waking up to a message

FEB 18TH 2007, DUBAI

I received a mail today that was so profound. i thank my friend AFK from deep within. I completely understand what the message was. i remain rooted in meditation and dive deeper and experience that losing everything. i dont know if it will be a horror, as i am already prepared to lose to gain the universal truth. i feel blessed that the masters chose me. i always knew that my strong pull towards teaching was not just a fad, but pure inner call.

i saw the world pass by me. however i remained strong and determined. i see many teachers who were making more money than me, and getting more opportunities too. I sometimes felt there is something wrong within me. Maybe i was not yet ready, and hence i kept learning at tremendous pace. i wanted to be qualified and effective teacher and didnt want to leave any stone unturned.

Now i understand that the masters wanted me to understand how inadequate i am after all this learning. They were all the time patient with me, and now when the time is right, they want me to lose everything and awaken to the truth.

I have friends and relatives who are doing so well in material life, and they tried to deviate me from my goal. I had nothing to convince them that i am on the right path, apart from deep inner peace which they cant fathom. but somewhere within i knew my path was right, and everything will fall in place.

Now as i stand still, not trying to learn, or grasp everything in sight. its a tough for someone who has been trying all his life. but the consciousness is such a wonderful teacher and i trust it completely. I love the messenger and the message too as the words have have power in them.

i am sure the universe is behind the guidance. I thank my friend AFK for having spent so much time with me on chat probing me to dig further and contemplate over my initial chattering over the stopping phenomenon.

AFK, you are are gifted with tremendous patience. i will not disappoint anyone who is guiding me. God willing, i will rise from the ashes and awaken to the reality. its no coincidence that i call my creative outfit- vivid reality:)

Finally a ray of hope

Dubai, Feb 09, 2007

My Life has been a mixed bag. I have never tasted much success. Many spiritual teachers that I met or bumped into told me that i had to be patient on this path. I did exactly that, and many years have passed since.

I hadnt checked my Ryze page in 6 months. Some strange pull occured from within and I logged into my page. Interestingly, a lady called AFK had written a message on my Ryze Business page. She said I did a good job of spreading divine vibrations in Dubai. I felt very connected to the person and soon I found out her chat Id.

A day later, we were busy chatting something that was so dear to me. It was about my spiritual practice. During the course of the discussion I was told that she was giving me a message direct from the ascended masters. I felt so blessed and protected. Suddenely a ray of hope had surfaced into my life. There was a dint of excitement too. However the deep rooted caution raised its ugly head, only to be admonished.

The message was to STOP whatever i was doing, and accept the grace that is flowing without any resistance. Surender to the divine. Be consciously aware stated the message- loud and clear.

Now that i have a renewed sense of concept in my practice. I know that I am on the right path. Nothing can shake me. The divine plan works in its mystical ways. I thank the guru within, the masters, divine mother for showing me the way.
